Dave at Dynobike talks us through a stage 3 LAMS tune for Yamaha’s very popular MT-07.
Similar to A2 restricted motorcycles back in Europe, LAMS (Learner Approved Motorcycle Scheme) motorcycles are restricted to meet the requirements of the scheme.
The restrictions in place in the past tended to be mostly a simple throttle restriction but many newer and current LAMS approved motorcycles that have been restricted are done so now in many ways, and primarily via the ECU, Airbox/Intake as well as mechanical throttle restrictions.
Dynobikes’s stage 3 tune for the MT-07 will address all of these restrictions.
