Orders & Deliveries

We currently deliver within Australia and New Zealand Only.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post. As all deliveries require a signature for security purposes please supply a daytime address that can accept the goods.

Arrival time will depend on your location from 1-5 working days.
If you feel your order has had ample time to be delivered, please contact us immediately. All orders are tracked by Australia Post.

If you feel you may have an error in your order, please contact us immediately & we will do our utmost to rectify the problem.
Dynobike has no control over and makes no warranty in relation to the performance of Australia Post

Goods Damaged in Transit
We make every effort to ensure our products arrive in good condition, however we cannot take responsibility for the performance of Australia Post in delivering your goods.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Customers who may have received a defective item must contact us immediately. Please send an email to notify us within 48 hours & return the goods to us within 7 days. If the goods are deemed as faulty, we will supply a replacement product or if the product is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative item of equivalent value.

Goods Received in Error
We always make every effort to supply the correct items ordered. However, if you believe you may have received goods in error please notify us by email within 48 hours. We will ask you to return the items and once they are received, we will send you the correct product (subject to availability) without further charges.

Exchange
All goods returned to us must be accompanied by an Invoice/Receipt. Nonfaulty items returned for exchange must be unused and in original condition and original packaging. Any request for replacement items sent as per order will, if possible, be fulfilled but will be subject to a re-shipping charge.

Change of Mind Return
For a change of mind return, the item must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging, unopened and not used. The return must be unused, the packaging must not be damaged, and in a re-saleable condition.   If all conditions are met, you may qualify for a replacement or credit, minus the cost of shipping and a 15% handling fee.

If you have purchased a POWERGATE3+ handheld tuner, connected it to your motorcycle, identified and read the ECU. This process locks Powergate3+ to your bike, which cannot be reversed. It cannot be resold or used on any other motorcycle therefore no returns or refunds will be accepted.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from Dynobike.

Refunds on Backorders

All transactions incur a banking/terminal/service provider fee which we absorb. We do our best to estimate delivery times provided to us by the supplier/freight company. These dates are out of our control and can change. Refunds on all backorders are subject to the banking/transaction/service provider fee and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

 

We recommend all customers return items by a traceable method. Dynobike cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered to us.

Terms & Conditions

Australian standards, regulations, emissions, and noise compliance.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided all relevant make and model details and that they are accurate. Dynobike will in no way be held responsible for any modifications made to your ECU whatsoever.

If used on public roads, your modified motorcycle could be considered as being non-compliant with Australian emissions controls and noise regulations. Dynobike has made every effort to ensure you are aware of products and services that are non-compliant for street and road use. It is your reasonability to ensure you are riding within the rules and regulations set out in the Australian Standards for vehicles used on public roads. Dynobike Pty Ltd is not responsible for any damages, problems, or fees associated with the tampering of emissions controls.  Dynobike Pty Ltd is not liable for any damages to the engine after the ECU is flashed and this service will void most warranties.

Definitions
“User” means the person or entity using the website.
“Owner” means the company that owns the website, Dynobike Pty Ltd.
“Service Provider” means the company providing the website content management system and hosting services to the Owner for the website.
“Website” means “https://www.dynobike.com.au”

Agreement to be bound by Terms
It is a condition of use of this site that Users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
By registering to use this site Users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Identification
The User warrants that they are either the person or in the case of a corporation, an authorised representative of the corporation, that is named as the User in the registration form. It is a breach of this User agreement and also a misrepresentation with both potential civil and criminal consequences for a person to register as a User that they are not authorised to represent for this purpose.
The Owner reserves the right at any stage to contact a User to confirm both the validity of the account and also the currency and security of the passwords used.

Unavailability
From time to time information that would normally be available through the site may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner and the Service Provider expressly exclude liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.

Privacy and Storage of your personal information
It is a necessity for the Owner to capture information about you in order to provide the services offered through this website. The use of the information and your rights in respect of it is set out in the Privacy Statement on this Website.

Pricing
Whilst all effort is made to keep pricing on this website up to date it is possible at times it may be out of date. As such prices on this website should only be considered as an “invitation to treat” rather than as an offer to provide these products at these prices. Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify the Owner and the Service Provider against any claim for loss or damage of any kind by any third party arising out of, or in relation to, the use of the Website by the User.
