Yamaha YZF-R3 Vandemon Stainless Steel headers, Titanium Muffler

Production years 2015-24

Vandemon set about creating a robust race exhaust for the Australian Supersport 300 race series. The exhaust had to be strong enough to survive a race fall as well as offer unrestricted potential for the tuner.

To meet class rules the headers had to be made from stainless steel but the muffler was open so we went with Ti1 Titanium for its lightness and strength which can withstand hard falls better than stainless steel. Exhaust length was made long for maximum top-end performance for tracks such as the Phillip Islands GP circuit with its long main straight

Although not intended for street use a baffle is supplied to bring down decibels however won’t meet noise emission standards.
