With the legendary release of the H2/H2R in 2015, Vandemon chose not to re-invent the wheel but replicate as close to perfect the same beautiful Titanium Exhaust adorned on the race version H2R.
Now with the addition of the SE/SX to the H2 family, a new approach was required which would compliment Kawasaki’s new hyper tourer, so we set about creating another titanium masterpiece that would complement the latest addition to the H2 range. Headers are totally redesigned to accommodate smaller oval ports compared to the H2 & H2R. Also due to the SE/SX having panniers as an option or as standard equipment we created a muffler to suit however many liked and wanted an H2R muffler option which this system comes with as standard but cannot be used in conjunction with panniers, but you can purchase the pannier compatible muffler as well and swap between either if you choose.

It is recommended to have your H2 SE/SX tuned to suit the H2R muffler especially when the baffle is removed as this model is lean from Kawasaki in OEM form. The power valve and catalytic converter are eliminated to accommodate this system also, so please check with your countries laws & regulations regarding the removal of these systems before choosing this product.
The surface finish is a natural brushed finish, which when heated after one ride changes to all colours of the spectrum. The added advantage over stainless steel that Titanium won’t stain corrode or ever need polishing as Titanium has a high resistance to acid’s and salt as well as dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel.
We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process which welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fish bone appearance.
Tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve.
WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?
Due to its strength, weight and corrosion quality’s Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP.
OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:
Very light, Increase power to weight ratio
Won’t corrode or change colour from exposure to water
Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
Dissipate Heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
Won’t distort or oxidise at High Temperatures
COMPARISON OF METALS:

IMPORTANT! VANDEMON EXHAUST SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE AND MODEST SOUND IMPROVEMENTS. VANDEMON DO NOT TRY TO MEET NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS BECAUSE SIMPLY THE RESULTS WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR OEM EXHAUST CAN ALREADY ACHIEVE. CHECK YOUR AUSTRALIA’S ADR’s FOR NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
