Description

Honda CBR1000RR & SP/SP2 Vandemon Titanium Exhaust System 2017-20

This exhaust system for the CBR1000RR & SP/SP2 is designed to achieve maximum performance and made from lightweight titanium. The reduction in weight from the use of lightweight titanium deduces stopping distances, increases acceleration times and notably speeds up changes in direction in addition to freeing up lost Hp.

The lack of restriction in this exhaust system improves power and torque throughout the entire RPM range and is simply the best option for the Honda CBR1000RR-R.

Using race-tested materials and design make for stand outperformance along with a track smart appearance and sound.

Material: Ti1 Japanese Titanium

Pipe wall thickness: 1.2mm for durability

Power: Stock 192 Hp to 204Hp In conjunction with ECU Re-map recommended

Stationary Noise: 102 with baffle @5500 rpm without baffle 107dB @5500 rpm

Weight: Stock Exhaust 7.9kg Vandemon Exhaust 5.2kg

Tuning: ECU re-mapping recommended

Appearance:

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish, which when heated after one ride changes to all colours of the spectrum. The added advantage over stainless steel that Titanium won’t stain corrode or ever need polishing as Titanium has a high resistance to acid’s and salt as well as dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process which welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fish bone appearance.

Tuning:

Tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.

Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight and corrosion quality’s Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP.

OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:

Very light, Increase power to weight ratio
Won’t corrode or change colour from exposure to water
Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
Dissipate Heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
Won’t distort or oxidise at High Temperatures

IMPORTANT! VANDEMON EXHAUST SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE AND MODEST SOUND IMPROVEMENTS.  VANDEMON DO NOT TRY TO MEET NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS BECAUSE SIMPLY THE RESULTS WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR OEM EXHAUST CAN ALREADY ACHIEVE. CHECK YOUR AUSTRALIA’S ADR’s FOR NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
