Description

Ducati Panigale 899 & 959 Corse Vandemon Titanium Exhaust System 2016-19

Choose from Mesh Shorties or Slash Cut Mufflers

Vandemon Exhausts achieve maximum performance & style with a standout sound utilising the latest state of the art manufacturing technics with exotic materials such as titanium which makes for a significantly lighter exhaust system with less heat retention compared to the OEM system.

Weld quality is second to none with 100% ultrasonically perfect welds which Ducati clients would expect for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.

The Under-seat design makes this system ideal for racing application where belly pan sumps are a necessity, as well as for street bikes the under-seat design reduces lower fairing heat stress to minimise the possibility of scorched body panels and improved rider comfort.

Appearance:

The surface finish is a natural brushed finish, which when heated after one ride changes to all colours of the spectrum. The added advantage over stainless steel that Titanium won’t stain corrode or ever need polishing as Titanium has a high resistance to acid’s and salt as well as dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process which welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful & consistent overlapping fish bone appearance.

Tuning:

Tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.

Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight and corrosion quality’s Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP.

OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM:

Very light, Increase power to weight ratio
Won’t corrode or change colour from exposure to water
Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium.
Dissipate Heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
Won’t distort or oxidise at High Temperatures

CHECK YOUR AUSTRALIA’S ADR’s FOR NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
