Vandemon Exhaust systems achieve maximum performance & style along with a great sound. Vandemon uses the latest manufacturing techniques and exotic materials such as Titanium which significantly reduces radiated heat compared to the greater density of the OEM stainless steel exhaust, which also utilises a catalytic converter that heats even more. This is a significant reason why many Panigale owners complain of uncomfortable heat radiating upwards whilst stationary from the exhaust.

Appearance:
The surface appearance is a natural brushed finish that changes to an iridescent blue and red when heated. Unlike stainless steel, Titanium won’t stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to Titanium’s high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soaking into body panels when stationary.

Manufacture:
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping fishbone appearance.
