Description

CFMOTO 450SR & SS Stainless Steel / Titanium Exhaust System

The high-mount exhaust design features polished 304 Stainless Steel headers, a hollow link pipe resonator, and twin lightweight titanium mufflers with removable silencers, allowing for the retention of the passenger footpegs.

The catalytic converter is deleted, with this exhaust system and provides a substantial boost in mid-range torque and horsepower. Additionally, it generates an impressive sound reminiscent of a Moto 3 GP bike, while offering a much-improved appearance compared to the original mundane exhaust system.

The supplied removable silencers can reduce noise, but not to the point of complying with international noise regulations, which you must consider before purchase.

Appearance:

The surface finish is highly polished, will retain its appearance longer, and needs less maintenance than lower chromium and nickel stainless steels used in the market. Beautiful carbon fibre covers are included with every exhaust, which really enhances the appearance of your CFMOTO 450

Production:

Weld quality sets us apart from our competitors and is the benchmark for which Vandemon has become famous.

Installation Minor modification required: To enable access for the fitment of the rear up pipe, a small piece of the rear hugger will need removal to prevent contact with the exhaust pipe. (See the last image)

Tuning:

The mufflers are equipped with removable silencers, which, when used, don’t require remapping of your ECU, as any slight alterations to fueling will be managed by the OEM mapping; however, when the silencers are not used, tuning is recommended by a competent technician using a chassis dynamometer to correct the Air/ Fuel Ratio.
