Optimize fuel mapping 8 maps in total, 2 for each cylinder

Optimize ignition mapping 4 maps in total 1 for each cylinder

Switch off 02 for optimism low-end throttle response and smoothness

All restrictions removed

Set FBW (Fly by wire throttle) to 1:1 ratio.
