Suzuki Hayabusa GEN III GSX1300R Full Titanium Exhaust System 2021-2024

The exhaust system is made from high-quality Japanese Ti1 Titanium, which is significantly lighter than the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) stainless steel exhaust for three main reasons.

The elimination of the two large mufflers results in a lighter, more compact, and efficient single exit on the right-hand side. The removal of the heavy and restrictive catalytic converter further contributes to weight reduction. Lastly, the entire exhaust is crafted from lightweight Ti1 titanium.

This reduced weight greatly enhances handling, acceleration, and stopping distances. Additionally, the tapered headers, which transition from 37mm at the exhaust ports to 60mm at the muffler, facilitate high exhaust exit speeds. This feature improves exhaust extraction and cylinder filling, ultimately resulting in increased torque and horsepower.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish is naturally brushed, and it changes to all the colours of the spectrum after only one heat cycle. Titanium is advantageous over stainless steel because it won’t stain, corrode, or need polishing. Additionally, titanium has a very high resistance to acid and salt, dissipating heat twice as fast as stainless steel.

MANUFACTURE

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint. This makes for ultrasonically perfect joints with a beautiful and consistent flat finish.
