Unleash the Power of Your Suzuki GSX-8S with High-Performance Exhaust Headers and choose from either Stainless Steel or lightweight Exotic Titanium.

The Suzuki GSX-8S GSX-8R and GSX-8T are built for agility and nimble performance, but the stock exhaust headers and catalytic converter can hold them back from reaching their full potential. Upgrade to our premium performance exhaust headers, and will accept any after-market slip-on with a 51mm entry. Experience increased horsepower, improved throttle response, and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note that turns heads.

  • Why Upgrade Your Exhaust Headers?
  • Increased Power & Torque – Free up exhaust flow and unlock hidden performance
  • Weight Reduction – Lighter than stock for improved handling and acceleration
  • Enhanced Sound – A deeper, throatier tone for a more thrilling ride
  • Premium Materials – Crafted from high-grade stainless steel or titanium for durability and heat resistance
  • Precision Fitment – Engineered specifically for the Suzuki GSX-8S, ensuring easy installation and a perfect fit

PERFORMANCE THAT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

Designed for riders who demand the best, our GSX-8S exhaust headers deliver noticeable performance gains. The optimised flow design minimises backpressure, allowing your engine to breathe easier and rev higher. Whether you’re hitting the twisties or carving through city streets, you’ll feel the difference in every twist of the throttle.

INSTALLATION & COMPATIBILITY

Our headers are designed for a bolt-on installation, meaning no complicated modifications—just pure, plug-and-play performance. It is compatible with most aftermarket mufflers, giving you complete flexibility in your build.

APPEARANCE

The surface finish features a natural brushed texture that changes colour when heated. Titanium has advantages over stainless steel, as it won’t stain, corrode, or require polishing. It has a high tolerance for acids and salt and dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel. This property further protects against prolonged heat absorption into body panels when stationary.

WHY BUY A TITANIUM EXHAUST?

Due to its strength, weight, and corrosion resistance, titanium is used in demanding applications such as aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades, ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases, Formula 1, and MotoGP.

OTHER ADVANTAGES OF TITANIUM

Very light with an increased power-to-weight ratio. It won’t corrode or change colour from exposure to water. It never needs polishing like stainless steel or aluminium. It dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel and won’t distort or oxidize at high temperatures.

IMPORTANT! VANDEMON EXHAUST SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE AND MODEST SOUND IMPROVEMENTS.  VANDEMON DO NOT TRY TO MEET NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS BECAUSE SIMPLY THE RESULTS WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR OEM EXHAUST CAN ALREADY ACHIEVE. CHECK YOUR AUSTRALIA’S ADR’s FOR NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
