Vandemon Titanium Single-Sided Exhaust System
Engineered exclusively for the Kawasaki Z1000, this high-performance exhaust system is fabricated from premium-grade Japanese Ti1 titanium and features a single lightweight titanium muffler with a carbon fibre end cap. Compared to the factory-installed dual steel mufflers, this system offers a significant reduction in weight, translating to enhanced agility, quicker acceleration, and improved braking response due to decreased unsprung mass.

Appearance & Finish

The exhaust is delivered with a natural brushed titanium finish. Upon exposure to heat during operation, the surface develops a striking spectrum of iridescent colours often referred to as a “rainbow effect”unique to titanium alloys. Unlike stainless steel, titanium is highly resistant to corrosion, acids, and salts, and does not require polishing. Additionally, titanium dissipates heat approximately twice as fast as steel, contributing to improved thermal efficiency and reduced surface temperatures.

Manufacturing & Weld Quality

Vandemon utilises a dual-sided TIG welding process to ensure structurally superior and ultrasonically clean joints. Each weld displays our signature overlapping “fish scale” pattern, offering not only exceptional durability but also a refined, race-inspired aesthetic.

Tuning & Calibration

No ECU remapping or tuning is required upon installation. The system has been precisely engineered to function optimally with the Z1000’s stock fuel and ignition mapping.
