The 2025 KX250F system features a stepped exhaust header, starting at 34mm, expanding to 44mm, and flowing into a 75mm mid-pipe bomb before exiting through a 54mm chamberless absorption muffler. This progressive diameter design optimises exhaust scavenging, improves cylinder filling, and enhances volumetric efficiency, translating to real performance gains where it matters most.
