The Vandemon Slip-On Titanium, Mufflers come with everything needed to couple to your OEM headers. By replacing your heavy restrictive OEM mufflers the weight is significantly reduced along with a noticeable reduction in radiated & stored heat by the deletion of the catalytic converter and the use of lightweight Titanium, which doesn’t retain heat and cools quickly.
The straight-through flow characteristic of both mufflers also enables an instant increase in torque and hp with the best gains achieved by having the engine tuned to suit.
By utilising the latest manufacturing technics and exotic materials such as Titanium, we at Vandemon can significantly reduce the weight and radiated heat compared to the greater mass of the OEM exhaust system, which utilises a catalytic converter that heats more than exhaust the gases that exit the engine. This is a significant reason why many Panigale owners complain of uncomfortable heat from the exhaust radiating upwards whilst stationary.
Weld quality is second to none with ultrasonically perfect welds which Ducati owners would expect & appreciate for such an iconic brand of a motorcycle that only compliments this great marque.
Surface finish is a natural brushed finish which when heated changes to an iridescent blue and red as well as having an advantage over stainless steel that titanium won’t stain, corrode or ever need polishing due to titanium’s high acid and salt resistance which also dissipates heat twice as fast as steel, further safeguarding against extended heat soak into body panels when stationary
We at Vandemon use a unique welding process that completely penetrates and makes for an ultrasonically perfect connection with a beautiful and consistent overlapping, fishbone appearance.
All mounting hardware supplied
High-Grade Ti1 Titanium
Pipe wall thickness of 1.2mm
Welding process precision Tig 100% penetration

Vandemon Exhaust systems are designed for performance and modest sound improvements. We at Vandemon do not try to meet noise emission standards because simply the end results would be no different than what your OEM exhaust can already achieve
Why buy a titanium exhaust? Due to its strength, weight and anti-corrosion quality’s Titanium is found in the most demanding applications on Aircraft airframes, jet engine compressor blades and ducting, deep-sea saltwater vessels, steam turbine blades, rocket motor cases and F1 and MotoGP
Other advantages of Titanium:
Very light, Increase power to weight ratio
Won’t corrode or discolour
Never need polishing like stainless steel & aluminium
Dissipate Heat twice as fast as Stainless Steel
COMPARISON OF METALS:

IMPORTANT! VANDEMON EXHAUST SYSTEMS DESIGNED FOR PERFORMANCE AND MODEST SOUND IMPROVEMENTS. VANDEMON DO NOT TRY TO MEET NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS BECAUSE SIMPLY THE RESULTS WOULD BE NO DIFFERENT THAN WHAT YOUR OEM EXHAUST CAN ALREADY ACHIEVE. CHECK YOUR AUSTRALIA’S ADR’s FOR NOISE EMISSION STANDARDS RULES AND REGULATIONS.
